Every Thursday evening from 5 pm until 11 pm on La Terrasse of Café des Architectes, guests may select a protein, fresh vegetable and culinary sauce to adorn their à la minute grilled selection. A “grilladeur,” or grill master, will be on hand to cook guests' dinners before their eyes.
La Terre ou La Mer: flat iron steak, prime elmonico, rack of lamb, herb marinated chicken, jumbo shrimp brochettes, ahi tuna steak or a 10 oz. prime new york steak
Le Jardin: brochettes of: confit fingerling potatoes, grilled portobello mushrooms, ratatouille provencal or confit of fennel
La Sauce: niçoise, ravigote, red wine or a basil pistou

Served chilled on a tiered tray garnished with sauce cups, the fresh boutique oysters on the half shell, poached Madagascar shrimp, chilled marinated mussels and Peekytoe crab, tuna tartare and Maine lobster arrive ready to delight. French cocktail sauce, lemon wedges, cucumber gelée, accompany the fresh seafood platter. The Fruits des Mer platter is offered every Friday evening that La Terrasse is open during the summer at the seasonal market price.

With Executive Chef Martial Noguier at the helm, guests will journey on an adventure to French-speaking regions of the world to experience types of cuisine inspired by other cultures.

Every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evening we offer a wonderful value of $32. Help ease the stress in your life by allowing Chef Martial to prepare a relaxed Neighborhood Friends' dinner from locally farmed ingredients on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday nights. 5 pm until 11 pm.
